What the service is

SignalHub is an information and order-entry interface to Hyperliquid. It is not an exchange, broker, or investment adviser. SignalHub presents public data, rule-engine signals, macro news, historical statistics, and an order-entry flow initiated by you.

Content is for general information and research only, not investment, trading, legal, or tax advice. Signals may be wrong, delayed, or incomplete. The scorecard reflects historical records only, does not predict future performance, and does not guarantee results.

Wallets, deposits, and custody

SignalHub does not custody trading funds. Each order is signed by your connected wallet and sent to Hyperliquid. The Hyperliquid agent key authorized on your first order can submit trade orders only and cannot withdraw funds.

A dedicated deposit address is a non-upgradeable on-chain contract that can only transfer USDC through Circle CCTP into your own Hyperliquid account. SignalHub's forwarding account can only trigger that forwarding or return other tokens mistakenly sent there to you; it cannot send funds to another address. SignalHub sponsors the gas needed for forwarding; you bear Circle CCTP fees.

Trading fees and points

Orders submitted through SignalHub are subject to Hyperliquid's trading fees. The SignalHub Builder Fee is 0.025%; new users pay no Builder Fee for 180 days from their first SignalHub trade, after which it applies. Existing users pay the standard rate.

Points are not a token, do not represent ownership or have cash value, and do not promise an airdrop. Points rules, rewards, eligibility, and the points program may be changed, paused, or ended at any time.

Regional restrictions and acceptable use

The service is unavailable in some regions, including regions where it is blocked by legal or service restrictions. You are responsible for determining and complying with local law. Do not use a VPN, proxy, or other method to circumvent regional restrictions.

Do not abuse or interfere with the service, or scrape, bulk-access, or automate requests in a way that harms the service or other users.

Data, availability, and third parties

The service is provided as-is, without a warranty that information is accurate, complete, timely, continuously available, or fit for a particular purpose. Market, signal, news, deposit, and order-status data may be delayed, interrupted, or differ from third-party records.

The service depends on third parties including Hyperliquid, Circle, Privy, Polymarket, RSS news sources, and xAI. Their services may change or be unavailable and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalHub and its service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from your use or inability to use the service, reliance on information, or trading outcomes. You are responsible for assessing risk and for your wallet, signatures, and trades.

Changes

We may update these terms. Updated terms will be posted on this page and apply from the effective date shown. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
