Fed’s Hammack: Neutral rate likely higher, needs more restraint

Cleveland Fed President Beth Hammack said the neutral rate for the Fed funds is likely higher, that she is hearing signs of a problem with inflation expectations, and that the question for the Fed is how fast to make policy more restrictive.
