U.S. Partner in Venezuela Oil Deal Raises Output 20k bpd

North American Blue Energy Partners, the private company partnering with the U.S. to boost Venezuelan oil production, has increased output by about 20,000 barrels per day since August and plans to add more rigs to raise production further.
